Purchase and refund essentials
Payments are not live. These are the planned pre-launch principles.
- One-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
- Mistaken-purchase requests are within 7 days and before any paid content is opened.
- Major technical issues, erroneous transactions, missing entitlement, and statutory rights are handled separately.
- A full refund revokes the full-version entitlement from that order.

The planned model is one-time payment, not a monthly or annual subscription, with no automatic renewal. Payments are not live.
Can I use it after changing devices?
Future accounts are planned to restore full-version access on another device. Account and cross-device features are not live yet.
Can a mistaken purchase be refunded?
The planned policy allows a request within 7 days only if the account has not opened any paid content. Payments are not live.
Can I claim mistaken purchase after opening paid content?
Generally no. Use begins when a full-version page, paid activity, or other paid-only content is first displayed successfully. Duplicate charges, missing entitlement, system error, major technical issues, material mismatch, and statutory rights are handled separately.
What if I am charged twice?
Provide the purchase Email, order number, and information identifying duplicate transactions. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Confirmed cases are handled through Lemon Squeezy payment procedures.
How long does a refund take to appear?
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. Banks or card issuers may need several business days after submission, and it may take about 10 days.
