iOS Privacy Policy
This policy applies only to Jiseikou Studio iOS picture-book apps. It does not describe data handling for the main website or free Web trial.

Privacy at a glance
- No Jiseikou Studio account is required, and we do not ask for a child’s personal information.
- There are no ads and no tracking across apps.
- Reading progress and similar data remain on the device.
- Each book is purchased separately; Apple handles purchases, redownloads, and refunds.
Accounts and children’s information
The iOS version does not require a Jiseikou Studio account or sign-in. We do not ask for a name, date of birth, school, or other personal information about a child.
The experience contains no advertising and does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
On-device reading data and diagnostics
Reading progress, preferences, and data needed for offline reading are stored on the user’s device. Ordinary reading activity is not sent to Jiseikou Studio.
Depending on the user’s device and Apple privacy settings, Apple may make limited crash or diagnostic information available to developers. We use this information to understand stability and resolve technical issues.
Apple purchases and redownloads
Apple processes purchases, payments, receipts, redownloads, and refunds for the iOS version under Apple’s services and privacy policies.
Jiseikou Studio does not receive complete payment-card information and cannot approve a refund on Apple’s behalf.
When you contact support
If you choose to email jiseikou83@gmail.com, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and any device or system details that you choose to provide.
We use this information only to answer the request, investigate a problem, maintain service security, or meet a necessary legal obligation. Do not send a child’s personal information, passwords, or complete payment details.
Retention, deletion, and children’s privacy
We keep support messages and related records only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain security, or comply with law. You may email us to request deletion of information that you voluntarily provided. If the law requires us to retain something, we will explain the applicable limitation.
The experience is designed for young children to use with a parent or guardian. We do not intend to collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child’s personal information was sent to us, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Uninstalling the app removes data that the app stored locally on the device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if product features or information-handling practices change. The revised date will appear on this page.
We will explain material changes in a reasonable way appropriate to the product at that time.
